Rita Haque
A known advocate for personal and professional transformation, Rita Haque is a certified Life Coach and CBT Therapist who is genuinely passionate about developing people. With a Masters in Counselling, Rita loves taking a holistic and integrative approach to her coaching.
Rita believes in guiding her clients to understand the heart of their problems first, and subsequently empowers them with the skills they need to manage and address the challenges they face.
Rita’s knowledge of mental health issues is also an important part of her work as a counsellor. She has given caregiving and mental health talks to more than 1000 people in multinational corporations and established organisations. She has trained more than 200 caregivers in several caregiving courses that cover mild to severe mental health challenges.
Rita is available for either online or face-to-face coaching.

ABOUT CBT THERAPY
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) a type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps people learn how to identify and alter thought patterns that have a negative influence on behaviour and emotions.
CBT aims to change the negative thoughts that contribute to or worsen emotional difficulties, depression, and anxiety. These spontaneous negative thoughts have a detrimental influence on mood.
By going through CBT, these negative thoughts are identified, challenged, and replaced with more objective, realistic thoughts.
